Post Weekend
This Section of our web site is designed to provide information about how a couple can stay involved with Catholic Engaged Encounter after a weekend. We are an all volunteer organization always in need of help and resources.
Some couples want to keep their weekend alive by participating with us in this ministry. It can be an exciting way to grow within your Sacrament of Matrimony. There are different levels of involvement to match your time available. Engaged Encounter is a good way to be around other couples who share your values of a growing relationship with each other and with God. There are within our community strong lived values of family, church and service to others.
Also in this section you will find reading and information sources helpful to married couples as well as more suggested dialog questions for continuing the communication of the weekend. Please avail yourself of these resources. You are welcome to join us at any of the Events listed on that page. Contact info will be shown with an event.
FELLOWSHIP
Every third Friday of the each month the EE community meets for Wine Down Fridays. We meet for socializing with wine and cheese at Emerald City Cafe located at 3594 W. Plumb Ln. in Reno. Any and all couples who are EE graduates are welcome to join us. This is a great way to reconnect with your presenting couples and the other couples you made friends with on your weekend. A chance to meet new couples as well. As with any EE party, the children are welcome too.
We meet at 7 PM.
