Terms & Conditions
We understand that the following rules apply while registering for and attending the Engaged Encounter Weekend:
1. In the event of cancellation, $100.00 is refundable if we notify Engaged Encounter 7 or more days prior to the weekend. NO REFUND will be made if we do not notify Engaged Encounter of cancellation. Contact the Registration Couple @ 775-324-5683 for these requests.
2. We will be present for all weekend sessions which will begin promptly at 7 PM on Friday night and end by 4 PM on Sunday. We understand that a Certificate of Completion will NOT be issued to us unless we attend the entire weekend.
3. We will refrain from the use of alcohol and illegal drugs during the weekend.
4. We will not leave the weekend for any reason, unless an emergency arises. If we need to leave, we will speak to one of the presenting couples before leaving.
5. We will not bring pets or children to the weekend and will make arrangments for their care prior to the weekend.
6. We will not bring any distractions such as laptops or other media devices to the weekend.
7. We agree that by registering and submitting payment that we release Catholic Engaged Encounter of Reno, along with it’s agents, associates, volunteers and employees, from any and all liability associated in any way with our attendance at the weekend program.
